Great supplement

These are pleasant tasting gummies, and a great way to take essential vitamins. I definitely feel better for taking them. They are easy to incorporate into my daily routine. Ingredients are clear, which I like. Would recommend. Would be even better if they could also contain magnesium.

Not effective

A very nice orange flavour. Glad they are sugar free as I am type 2 Diabetic. These did not work. I'm still constantly tired and my moods as up and down. I think I need to take them for months to have any effect. Will not be buying again.

Little gummies of heaven

These are easy to take, soft and cheesy with a orangey flavour. There is no unpleasant aftertaste. There are no artificial ingredients in these. They are great value for money, a easy way to get them extra vitamins. After taking these I did feel that I had increased energy and that my mood did lift. I would highly recommend these if you feel that your energy levels and mood needs a boost. They are also easy on the pocket too. These are available on Amazon.

It’s effective

Really pleasantly tasting gummies and not too sweet. Ingredients clearly written. I found it effective and felt more alert after completing course. I do suffer with “brain fog” as my menopause kicking in. Lovely packaging.

Great gummy’s

I think these gummy’s are quite good. They were easy to incorporate into my morning routine after my breakfast. After 1 month of use I think there were some improvements. I felt more at ease and I had more restful sleep than before.

Great mood boosting gummies!

These gummies were found at the right time in life! The ingredients clinically proven to be effective to support during the menopause. The taste was ok not off putting, the gummies are a simpler alternative to tablets and much more convenient to take. They are sensibly priced and the packaging looks great too! I will be purchasing these throughout the change.

Gives an energy boost

These mood and energy vitamins from Issviva are quite effective, I’m at the age now where hormones are causing issues with everything but energy and mood have been top of the list, feeling sleepy of an afternoon is not great, but since starting these I do feel my energy has had a boost and I’m not always in a bad mood so they must be doing some good! Pleasant tasting orange flavour almost like a chewy sweet, the recommended dose is 3 a day so may not be as good value as standard vitamins but I do like them. Nice bright packaging and easy to open but safe lid.

They have the general ingredients of most multivitamins, with the same kind of packaging as other brands. They taste a nice orange flavour and generally are the sand value as other brands. All in all quite average.

Taste nice

I was unable to review these due to being on cancer tablets but my sister in law tried them for me as she is menopausal and has lack of energy. She stated that the taste is nice and texture of the gummies is ok. She does not feel like they have given her more energy , maybe she will have to take longer to get benefit from them.
