Poor for the price

The bra inserts are a life changer, gor years I suffer from painful ******* around that time of the month,and frozen peas just didn't cut it. These are so comfortable and help so much with the pain and cooling down. I love them so much I've bought 2 packs

Cools down enough not to give you frostbite

I've been needing something like this for years. Never found the right thing,other than ice out of the freezer. What I love about these is there us just the right amount of cold,and you can just leave them out and they re freeze Amazing. Honestly I'm so happy with these. Thank you

I saw these bra inserts mentioned in Good Housekeeping or Woman & Home magazine and being a woman of a certain age and just about to go on holiday to Italy, I went to the Issiva site, read the reviews, and decided to give them a try. They certainly exceeded my expectations. While on holiday I kept them in the freezer and put them on when leaving the house in the morning, or sometimes just while lying by the pool. The coolness lasted about an hour even in very high heat (40 degrees plus). I now keep them in my bag, or sometimes in the fridge at work. They are fantastic for those moments when you feel hot and flustered, or just in hot weather. I tend to 'run hot' at the best of times and would have benefitted from these even before I was menopausal. It is such a great concept. The cooling effect is very quick, and as well as feeling instantly physically more comfortable, there is also the psychological benefit of knowing you are starting to cool down, so it's easier to relax and not get into the vicious cycle of getting hotter and more self-conscious. Highly recommended.

They work to keep cool at room temperature, however I have used them from the fridge also.

Love these…immediately cooling giving much needed relief during hot flushes or during the hot weather. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs to cool down.

Brilliant! What I’ve been after for years

These are brilliant! My body can’t regulate its heat and I often over heat way too easily, even in winter. I pop these on and they help. They are perfect for days out as well, pop in my handbag, when I start to overheat they are there to use, no freezer needed. Great for a weekend trip away etc. for years I’ve been looking for something like this for years. Not have no access to a freezer for ice packs, these are perfect! I’ll be getting more of these for sure.

Game Changing

Great feeling to cool down my chest with it. I live on Kaua'i and dealing with the heat isn't getting easier with my Perimenopause hormon-rollercoster. But they did not get cold again without putting it into the fridge. To warm here on the Island and the edges are a little rough. That are the reasons why I can not give all the stars. Very Helpful

I have been using my bra inserts daily, especially in this summer heat! They provide muched needed cooling relief. My only wish is that they would last longer before I need to let them come back to room temperature. Definitely need to order another set to use while one set is cooling down.
