Every month we will ship you a curated box of our favourite products inspired by menopause-related concerns. Before the shipment goes out, we will notify you of what collection you will receive.

Participating in the membership programme is a way to spread the cost of your Issviva x Joylux Rejuvenation Device over a 6 month contract period. If you want to cancel before the 6 month contract period has ended, you will be responsible for a cancellation fee, which covers the cost of the device and the bundles received to date. See our T&C's for more detail.

After you’ve completed the initial 6 month contract period, your membership monthly fee will no longer include the amortized cost of the Issviva x Joylux Rejuvenation Device. Your monthly fee will drop to £15.99 which will be the cost of the curated product collection you choose each month—at a 20% discount. At that point, there is no time commitment and you may cancel anytime before the first of the next billing month, with no cancellation fees.

As soon as you sign up, we will get started on your membership programme. It will ship within 2 to 4 days. Thereafter, monthly collections will be processed on the day of the month corresponding to your original order and will ship within 2 to 4 days. We will automatically send you tracking info on your package via email. 

While under the initial 6 month contract period, you are paying for the cost of your Issviva x Joylux Rejuvenation Device as well as the curated monthly products. For that reason, we can’t process a skip month during that 6 month contract period. After the initial 6 month contract period is over and you have paid the total cost of your device, you may skip monthly shipments of the curated products. Here’s how: To skip a month, log into your account and click the "Manage Subscription" link. Click on the section titled "View upcoming orders" and click "Skip" next to the upcoming month that you'd like to skip.
