When should I take them?
The daily dose is a recommended amount over a 24 hour period. You can choose to take the product as and when you feel it best aligns with your daily routine. As long as you take the recommended dosage within a 24 hour period, there is no change to the efficacy of the product
How do I take the supplements?
Dosage: 2 gummies per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (2 gummies). 30-day supply.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Keep out of the reach of young children.
Storage conditions: well-sealed, dry (max. 60%), at room temperature (15-25 ̊c) and protected from light and sunlight.
