Taste yummy but didn’t really aid sleep
I am a chronic insomniac, so I didn’t hold much hope for these gummies. Whilst they are super delicious and I loved the ritual of taking a supplement in the evening, I can’t say they helped me to get to sleep any easier. The packaging is pleasant - but I don’t think I would buy these again

I really like the taste and that they taste really pleasant to chew,when I took one of these at night I felt it helped me feel calm and chilled out The packaging was a little plain. Ingredients were great and has vitamin B6.I think there great.
Natural sleep aid gummies
These food supplements taste of natural raspberry and contain Ashwagandha, vitamins B5 & B6 to aid function and performance. Taken on an evening they have helped to restore my sleep pattern to normal levels, meaning I fall asleep quicker and sleep through until morning. I feel less tired and more alert as a result.

Being a 55 year old women I struggle sleeping but these actually helped the ingredients are all natural there a very good value for money they were very effective I’ve already ordered more the taste was ok all in all very good product

I’ve been taking various supplements recently and wasn’t sure how these would slot in. They taste so nice and after skipping some nights, I’ve realised that these work really well to help me settle in for a good nights rest.

Helps me sleep some nights.
The gummies taste nice so are easy to take. They do seem to help with sleep but I do not consistently sleep through the night every time I take them. I would but again to see if continued use improves the performance.
