Miranda Christophers is an accredited psychosexual and relationship therapist. She has a Master’s degree in counselling and psychotherapy, and a postgraduate diploma in relationship and psychosexual therapy. Miranda is a visiting lecturer on an advanced diploma in relationship therapy and a frequent media contributor and speaker on topics relating to her field. She is passionate about helping people to overcome difficulties, build confidence and enjoy the relationships and sex lives they would like.
Miranda supports those experiencing psychological, emotional, relational and sexual issues as they go through menopause. She recognises it is a time when many will experience physical and mental effects of the hormonal fluctuations, which commonly affect mood, wellbeing and general sense of self, so mental health is a vital consideration. She also works with partners and couples to work on issues affecting the relationship. Miranda is a member of COSRT, BACP and EMDR UK.
