Throughout history, humans have searched for elements that increase or improve libido, with aphrodisiac foods being one of the most popular and widespread options. They are named after Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love and beauty, who was depicted emerging from a clam shell. Consequently, shellfish and oysters are nowadays considered to be aphrodisiacs (1).
Menopause is often surrounded by changes that can affect sexual desire, so here are some recommendations that could help in this process.
Traditional medicine has used foods and herbs to increase sexual desire (2). This relationship makes sense; eating is a need, and satisfying it causes delight, like sexual pleasure and arousal (3).

If you are experiencing a decreased sex drive at this stage, include libido-boosting foods in your diet to improve your sexual health. This can be as easy as (2):
Remember that every effort counts. You can get better results if you incorporate aphrodisiac foods into your diet. You can also play erotic games that stimulate the woman's G-spot to achieve female orgasm. Who says you can't even achieve female ejaculation? The important thing is that you enjoy your intimacy in menopause, without taboos or fears; in fact, even with greater freedom than before
