Menopause often generates feelings of insecurity, low self-esteem, and anxiety. Lifelong learning stimulates the mind and promotes both psychological resilience and cognitive balance. These are some of the most remarkable benefits:

Improved mood and greater sense of accomplishment.
During menopause, memory problems are common. However, regular mental training, such as taking online classes or practicing retention exercises, stimulates the brain and prevents cognitive decline.
